🥟 Chicken Keema Samosa
✅ Ingredients
Chicken keema (minced chicken) – 250–300 g
Onion, finely chopped – 1 medium
Capsicum, finely chopped – ½ cup
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
Green chilli, crushed – to taste
Salt – to taste
Haldi (turmeric) powder – ¼ tsp
Red chilli powder – ½–1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Tandoori masala – 1 tsp
Fresh coriander leaves – 2 tbsp
Cheese (optional but tasty 😋) – ½ cup grated
Oil – 1 tbsp
Ready-made samosa patti
Flour slurry (maida + water) for sealing
🍳 Filling Preparation
Heat oil in a pan.
Add onions → sauté till soft/light golden.
Add ginger garlic paste → cook 30–40 seconds.
Add green chilli & capsicum → sauté briefly.
Add spices:
Salt
Haldi
Red chilli powder
Coriander powder
Tandoori masala
Mix well → cook for a few seconds.
Add chicken keema:
Cook on medium heat
Break lumps
Cook till moisture dries & keema is fully done
Turn off heat → add fresh coriander leaves.
Cool slightly → mix cheese (optional).
🔺 Shaping Samosa
Fold samosa patti into cone.
Fill keema mixture.
Seal with flour slurry.
🍟 Cooking Options
Deep Fry
Medium heat → crisp golden.
Air Fry
Brush oil → 180°C → 10–12 mins.
Bake
190°C → 15–18 mins......
