DECORAH EAGLES & EAGLETS 🐣 🐣🐣 LOOK AT THEM NOW ◕ RAPID GROWTH ◕ NEW MALE PROTECTS EAGLE FAMILY, keeping intruders away from the area. The Decorah Eaglets are growing rapidly... at five weeks they are almost half way to fledging. They are generally ready to fledge, or take their first flight by 10-12 weeks of age. On May 7 Mom hauled home 11 fish and a rabbit, showing her prowess as well as the abundance of prey in her territory. Mom and the (new) unidentified male eagle (UME) have been perching and flying together.
