BORRACHA SHREDDED BEEF :
3-4 Chuck Roast
1 big onion
1 tablespoon of ADOBO Goya or mix salt, pepper and garlic powder to your liking.
1 red Tecate beer
INSTRUCTIONS
1.Brown chuck roast (or roasts) on both sides.
2. Once meat is browned, place it in the slow cooker along with the rest of the ingredients.
3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours on LOW or until the beef shreds easily with a fork. If you are pressed for time you can cook it on HIGH for 3-4 hrs.
4. Remove bones with the help of thongs. Have an extra bowl handy in case you have to pullout big pieces of meat.
5. Once you've removed all bones, pull the beef apart using two meat forks.
6. You can now drain the broth for a drier filler (tacos, burritos, flautas, enchiladas, sandwiches etc). Or leave it "soupy" and eat it by itself
