Visiting or even sounding the alarm to make the target flee to me didn't seem optimal on ship one (but it was!), so I just bash-dashed through. Went for a crate at the end, then had to take care not to pickup spacewalking guards and to dock quickly at a nearby station before they would asphyxiate.
Had a good dock on ship two, then unpaused and wasted the time saved. Took out the target with a sword throw, then went for another crate before leaving.
Had a good dock on ship three despite the heat sensors. Since I had a subverter I only considered subverting the telepad. Visited into the big central room in time to crash the tracker with the crash trap. Subverted the telepad and then tried to reach the heat sensors in time before the visitor ran out. It was a long shot, but see for yourself how that turned out. In the end I almost forgot to set off the alarm before leaving. DurryQuill's solution to ship three would have been at least as fast even without the subverter.
