The high volume of wall balls forced athletes to stay composed under fatigue, while box jump overs and step overs kept the intensity high and the transitions fast. There was nowhere to hide in CrossFit Open 26.1. If you came out too hot, the workout made you pay. If you hesitated, the clock kept moving.
