All over the world there are millions like me wasting their lives away gaming from dawn to dusk. Just like me we rationalize it as being a casual hobby that you love to do after you finish all your work. I’ve been so productive today, what’s the problem with settling down and enjoying a gaming session, it will only be an hour. You notice the time going by but you just need one more match to get to that shiny new rank. Suddenly one hour turns to two then three then four and before you know it it’s 4 am in the morning. Social connection replaced by in game chat, the great outdoors replaced with vast open worlds and life accomplishment replaced with a shiny in game plaque. Is this what you want for your life, to spend hours in a room while life passes you by. To become a slave to a screen and never achieve your wildest dreams and aspirations. The choice is yours, take control over your time and change your life or don’t.
