Yama: How we treat others (Non-violence, Truth, etc.)
Niyama: How we treat ourselves (Cleanliness, Contentment, etc.)
Asana: Physical postures to prepare the body.
Pranayama: Breath control to regulate energy.
Pratyahara: Tuning out distractions.
Dharana: Laser-like focus.
Dhyana: The flow of meditation.
Samadhi: Complete absorption and peace.
