This mod by sabbath7991 is a replacement for the Kraken. Personally love the detail in the textures. It also has attachments.
If animations seem to not match up it's most likely because there aren't too many tools available for modding Starfield and adding new instances for new weapons let alone animations. Still, please show some support for the modders who are working on these amazing mods right now who will also make even better mods when Creation Kit and other official modding tools are released.
