Twenty minutes of ITV's sort of equivalent to 'Pages from Ceefax' (though entirely self-serving) from the early hours of Wednesday, 9th August, 2000, plus the morning's opening promo and announcement right at the end. Of all the really exciting discoveries I make on old VHS tapes, I think I'd maybe have to rank this one as possibly the least riveting. Doesn't budge the needle even a nanometre. However, I know for certain that there are loads of people out there who will indeed find this interesting and be glad of the upload, so this is for you.
