Lasooni Bharta short recipe: Roast a medium green brinjal (eggplant) and garlic cloves until soft. Peel and mash the brinjal with the roasted garlic and green chilies ground together. Sauté cumin seeds, chopped onion, and ginger in oil until golden. Add the mashed mixture, roasted peanuts, chopped coriander, salt, and cook for a few minutes.
