Here's the truth nobody wants to say out loud. Jesus never promised you'd find Him in every building with a cross on it. Some churches have become religious corporations. Some pastors have become spiritual celebrities. Some congregations have become echo chambers of control disguised as community. Truth sets you free But the real Church? The Body of Christ? It's alive and well. It exists wherever two or three gather in His name. Wherever grace is preached and practiced. Wherever the Spirit moves freely and questions are welcomed. Wherever love looks like sacrifice, not manipulation. "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest" - Matthew 11:28 If your church makes you weary instead of giving you rest... Jesus is calling you somewhere else. Don't be afraid to leave. Don't be afraid to seek. The Good Shepherd is still leading His sheep to green pastures. "The truth will set you free but first it might make you uncomfortable" If you made it this far, comment 'SET FREE' if you're ready to find or become the church Jesus intended. Stay in the Word. Stay in the Spirit. And watch what God does.
