Our first question is from Jack in Truro who asks “Should I wait to buy in Cornwall as prices seem so high currently?”
Next up we have Mike who is also from Truro who asks, “I own a property on a good central street in Truro which is valued at £230-£240k and a neighbouring property has just come on the market for £160k in a poor state. I’d like to buy this property but all of my money is currently tied up in another investment which I’m due to get access to in 4 months or so and as such fear I can’t move on this opportunity. Do you have any advice?”
