Manchester's Canal Revival

Описание: Join me on the Rochdale Canal as it leads away from Castlefield Viaduct and the Bridgewater canal and basin. Where we see historic roman forts, the first railway station and even a canal side arena. What happened to this canal and how did they restore it? What does the canal do for the area? from high rise skyscrapers to converted warehouses we walk up through seeing the sites of manchester seeing the Manchester And Salford Junction canal, an underground route converted to air raid shelters in the second small dissagreement. We eventually get to the Ashton Canal, another fantastic restoration.
