How to make easy and sweet with a little heat glossy chicken ?
Preparation time : 15 minutes. Cooking: 25 minutes. Servings: 12 servings
2 pounds of boneless chicken.
2-3 tablespoon vegetable oil.
1/2 cup dry white wine.
1/2 cup plum sauce.
1/2 cup reduced sodium chicken broth.
1/2 cup thinly sliced peeled fresh ginger
2 tablespoon chili garlic sauce(sriracha)
Step 1: prepare sauce.
Combine wine, plum sauce, broth, ginger and chili garlic sauce.
Keep it aside.
Step 2: Cook chicken
Cut chicken into 1 inch square pieces.
heat oil over medium high heat in a pan.
Add chicken.
Cook for 10 minutes or until browned on both sides.
Step 3: Cooking peking chicken.
Pour sauce over chicken.
Bring to simmering.
Cook covered for 5 minutes.
Cook uncovered for another 10 minutes ,stirring occasionally.
Note:cook chicken until no longer pink and sauce is slightly thickened.
*Makes 12 servings.
