Welcome to SKF’s European Distribution Centre in Tongeren, Belgium, handling a volume of 240 tons daily.
In 1994, we chose to operate our distribution centre with a Man-to-Goods picking concept beneficial for managing a diverse product range and high service-level requirements for components and spare parts. EDC was upgraded with a ‘Goods-to-Man ‘ workflow, which involves using automated goods retrieval systems and improved handling mechanisms. Join our 360 tour and see for yourself.
