Potato Cheese balls are a delicious snack for any time and made of mashed potatoes with mozzarella cheese in the center and coated with crumbs, deep-fried.


Enjoy it hot with tomato ketchup or dip of your choice, with your Tea or Coffee.

Here is what you'll need!



INGREDIENTS/ SANGKAP:
4 medium-sized potatoes
⅓ cup grated cheese
1 tsp chili flakes
½ red bell pepper/ capsicum finely chopped
1/2 cup mozzarella cubes
1 tsp garlic powder
4 tsp ground black pepper
2 tbsp cornflour
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying

Coating:
1 cup Japanese bread crumbs (panko)
3 tbsp cornflour
3 tbsp all-purpose flour
Water
