Lower Eyelid Blepharoplasty with Fat Repositioning, Fat Grafting, and Carbon Dioxide Laser Resurfacing
Healing timeline shown: before surgery, 6 days post-op, and 3 weeks post-op
At 6 days post-op, swelling and bruising are still present, especially in the lower eyelids and midface. This is a normal part of the early healing phase after fat repositioning, fat grafting, and laser resurfacing. By 3 weeks, you can already see significant improvement in under-eye contour, skin texture, and overall smoothness, with continued reduction in swelling.
Results are still evolving. The skin continues to remodel, fat settles, and the laser-treated area continues to improve over the next several months.
The goal is a natural, rested under-eye appearance without a hollowed or overcorrected look.
