How To Rebuild Sigelei Fuchai V3 Pod Coils

Here are some important parameters to know before you get down to rebuilding the coil head on your Fuchai V3 pod system:

1.8ohm resistance
Output wattage (base on 2.1ohm): 5.5W
Input voltage: 5V
Output voltage: 3.4V

CAUTION: Do NOT try to build lower than 1.5 ohm because this Pod system is NOT designed to take enough load. If you tried to build lower, it may cause problems with the battery on your device. Use a good online calculator to know what resistance are you building. I would strongly suggest staying above 1.5 ohm. Use the steam engine online calculator: http://www.steam-engine.org/coil.html...

You can see I have selected 30 AWG Kanthal wire with resistance 1.5 ohm, inner diameter 2mm and leg length 3mm. It is showing the number of wraps to 6.3 .. so keeping 7 wraps will be good and safe. You can check other wires like 32 AWG, 28 AWG, 26 AWG, etc and you can figure out how many wraps you will have to give to get the desired resistance of 1.5 ohm or above.
