In this preaching, we are reminded that there is nowhere we can run to escape God’s presence. Psalm 139:7–9 declares that whether we rise to the heavens or descend into the depths, God is already there. Even in our darkest moments, He has not abandoned us.
Psalm 74:16–17 further reveals that God owns both the night and the day. He is the One who established boundaries, seasons, and times. That means God is sovereign over everything—your pain, your process, your questions, and your story. Nothing that happens to us catches Him by surprise.
This message is a loving call to return—not to condemnation, but to safety. Life is still safer on the Lord’s side. God understands why things happened, and He is still inviting you back into His presence, mercy, and covering.
No matter how far you think you’ve gone—come back home. God is still God over everything.
