DIY 3D Printed Bespin Comlink Prop

Using a 1945 General Control Company electrical switch, reference images, and research from the Replica Prop Forum, I 3D model and resin print a highly accurate replica that captures the distinctive profile and details of the original filming prop. From SLA printing and part cleanup to primer choices, screen-accurate paint colors, metallic finishes, and final assembly, this build breaks down every step of the process for Star Wars prop makers, cosplayers, and sci-fi replica builders.
