Описание: YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio -- Congressman Bill Johnson took a tour of Trivium Packaging in Youngstown to discuss opportunities and challenges within manufacturing.

"There are lots of challenges that I could be helpful with them on," Johnson says. "Anything that I can do to try and help address the challenges of business owners like this, that's what I think my job is."

One challenge is finding talent according to Michael Wood, plant manager of trivium packaging.

"If Youngstown is a place to be, which I believe it is and it needs to change in many cases, then in the future it will become far easier for us to find talent."
