In this video we check in for our Delta flight at Hartsfield Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) using Delta's Digital ID. We also go through TSA Security using the TSA Precheck and Digitial ID. Then for our walk to our gate we use only elevators, no escalators. Many people are intimidated by escalators because they are afraid of getting "eaten" by the escalator or the sight of the height scares them. Additionally some people may have mobility issues that may make using an escalator impractical, in which case an elevator is the best way for them to move around in ATL where travelers must traverse multiple levels.
