Описание: Minnesota lawmaker Nolan West is proposing the "Harvey's Law" bill, which calls for cameras in infant and toddler rooms at Minnesota day cares that receive state funding. The bill is in response to the death of 11-month-old Harvey Muklebust at a Savage day care last September. His parents, Hunter and Catherine Muklebust, gave emotional statements at the State Capitol Tuesday afternoon.
