Poolish & the PoBoy

Описание: Here's a look at how pizza night has changed at my house since getting the Pellethead PoyBoy Pizza oven last Christmas. There was quite a learning curve working with fire instead of a conventional oven at first. Now that I'm use to it though I wouldn't have it any other way, it makes fantastic pizza! I've also included a link to the dough recipe in the video as well which is really good and easy to follow.

Unfortunately my 808 keychain camera was broken at the time of making this video so I had to improvise with all the POV footage using my cellphone. I've included a link to a DIY chest mount for your cell phone that I found here on the YouTube which worked out really well.

There's also links for the oven on Amazon, as well as the developer's channel here on YouTube. I cant thank them enough for answering some questions I had early on when I first got the oven. They were very helpful and the customer service I received was perfect and I highly recommend them.
