Summer is finally here so I wanted to celebrate with a camping trip to Mono with Honey Pie and some friends. Simple car camping trip near a marsh. We had some local Ontario drinks from Willibald Farm Distillery & Brewery and made peanut vermicelli noodles with Vietnamese pickles and lemongrass tofu and chicken skewers. We left the fly off the tents to enjoy the stars and Honey Pie loved every minute of it. Thank you for watching!
