Описание: Well after fishing last night, I kept a few whiting over the limit. I decided to fillet, bone and skin the small whiting. The whiting were less than 24 hours old, so are extremely soft and delicate. Well after this was done, I coated them in beaten egg and bread crumbs. A little salt and pepper, and they were ready for the oven.
