Thank you, Declan McGann, Mental Health Nurse with experience of crisis teams for giving us first-hand advice about what to say and do.

We need to open up conversations, and help people. We need to get the statistics down. At the moment there are 15 suicides a day in the UK, pre-COVID-19. That's more than road fatalities.
