Описание: Amid rising tensions in the Iran conflict, concerns are growing over a possible spike in global oil prices. To offset potential disruptions in crude supply, Indian refiners are stepping up imports of Russian oil. A tanker carrying nearly one million barrels of Russian crude has already arrived at Paradip port in Odisha for delivery to Indian Oil Corporation. Another shipment is expected soon at Vadinar port in Gujarat.

With India’s crude reserves covering only about 25 days of demand, energy security remains a key concern as the conflict continues to impact global markets.
