Live from my family home in Los Angeles, this summer mix is more than just a DJ set; it's a personal milestone. After nearly two years, my divorce is finally wrapping up. I’m living back at my mom’s place, where it all started for me. This set was recorded in her backyard, where I used to DJ when I came back from college over 20 years ago.

So here we are. This is the August mix, dropping right before my birthday (Aug 12), and it’s a blend of everything I’m feeling right now. Closure, heartbreak, growth, rebirth… and a whole lot of Afro House.
