Set b+1,4, uf+2,1, and f+1+2 to 2 frequency, everything else 1, then here are your punishes for each move:
-b+1,2 on b+1,4, uf+2,1, and qcb+4
-throw (preferably not b+1+4) for f+1+2
-launch with df+2 or hopkicks (NOT b+3) on db+3+4, ub+1, and b+1+4
-b+3 SS2
-combo on launch punish once you've seen all 8 moves & no mistakes
The idea is to get you used to punishing the armor move with a throw, cleanly punish every other move without messing up or compromising with lesser punishes (or cheating with b+3 constantly), and recognize the difference between db+3+4 and qcb+4 despite them using the same audio cue. I know f+2 and b+3 also works, but I wanted to create a drill that was useful for the things I mentioned all at once.
