In this video, I’m sculpting The Henchman—a brand new, sinister character from my original Hidden World series. This mysterious figure is the right hand of The Entity, a powerful force of darkness that bends reality to its will. The Henchman is an extension of that will—tall, silent, cloaked in shadows, with a face that hides behind a white, featureless mask that comes alive with emotion.

In this video, I’ll walk you through the full polymer clay sculpting process—from armature to final paint—while telling his eerie origin story. This character has been haunting my imagination for a while now, and I’m excited to finally bring him to life.
