Thanks to @dealeruwu for pestering me about the videos and actually editing it.
Some weapons appeared with unusual OMODs to them, like the 20% DMG you will usually only see on the Bunker Buster. They used a previously empty slot of the 4th/5th legendary star. Weapons with Burn Projectyles and 20% Damage were the first "5 Star" weapons in the game.
