Описание: We visit a Tainan Taiwan hair salon , this is one of the classic 100NT hair salons which is only $3 USD. And NO TIP either, super cheap. Tipping is not a part of most Asian cultures, therefore most restaurants, taxis, salons and other businesses will actually get confused or offended if you try to give them a tip. You can find 100NT haircut salons all across Taiwan. This isn't a chain, but the 100NT price point is a common salon format. *(like Great Clips or SuperCuts in the USA).
