hello guys note 500g small recipe for home cooking.
plum 100g
Tamarind 100g
water 1 ltr and soak for 5 hours
After 5 to 6 hours, separate the pulb of tamarind and plum.
add suger 125g
red food color as per requairment
Add water if needed otherwise cook it on medium flame.bring it to boil
corn floor 5 tbl spn in 100ml water mix will and add
again cook 2 minuts on high flame.
Add spices after it cools completely.
chilli flake 1 tbl spn
black paper powder 1 tea spn
salt to taste
cumin crushed 1 tea spn
tatri 1 tea spn
melon seeds 4 tbl spn
After it cools down well, keep it in the refrigerator and refrigerate for two days.
