Other symptoms include: Balance problems, Electric-shock sensations on the back, Muscle weakness, Paralysis, cognitive dysfunction, Tremors, Vision problems. Only one Disease modifying therapy is FDA-approved to treat PPMS. There are no treatments that completely prevent disabling effects of PPMS. 🧡

I'm disabled, retired & living the last chapters of my life in a demonically possessed wheelchair with my cat Tuck on the Island of Kurrekurredutt.

I was diagnosed with Primary Progressive MS in 2013 & have been using a wheelchair to assist my mobility since 2019.

I promote awareness of Multiple Sclerosis by sharing the unadulterated realities of living in a wheelchair with primary progressive MS & 5 incurable illnesses for several years. Two of my illnesses could kill me today. MS isn't one of them.

Multiple Sclerosis is a disabling disease of the brain and spinal cord. The immune system attacks the myelin that protects the nerves and causes communication problems between the brain and the rest of the body. Multiple Sclerosis causes permanent damage & deterioration of the nerves - as well as the decline of the quality of life of people surviving MS.

World Multiple Sclerosis Day takes place on the 30th of May every year and is a day of global solidarity, collective action, awareness and hope. I raise awareness with every broadcast, for the sake of everyone affected by Multiple Sclerosis.
