Описание: A major fraud racket exploiting devotees at Trimbakeshwar Temple has been exposed by Nashik Rural Police. Agents were misleading devotees by exaggerating waiting times of 8–10 hours and offering VIP darshan within minutes for ₹3000. Despite the temple trust providing an official ₹200 donation-based fast-track option, many devotees were duped without receipts.

The scam came to light after two devotees reported being cheated on April 11. Police then conducted an evidence-based sting operation, where decoy devotees recorded transactions with agents. The operation confirmed the illegal activities, leading to arrests and stricter monitoring around the temple premises.
