Описание: Our patients want us to talk and engage in active listening with them directly, at a level they can understand and in a way that makes them feel valued. This is one of the things we've heard from patients on the Children's Council and through feedback from patient/family satisfaction surveys. Families also echoed this sentiment and in response the Centre for Innovation and Excellence in Child and Family-Centred Care, in collaboration with Child Life, Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry and Speech Language Pathology at SickKids, has developed an awareness campaign called Talk With Me.
