This 15-minute Pilates flow focuses on mobility, expansion, and releasing tension in the body through slow, intentional movement.
In Week 3 we begin to stretch toward the sun opening the chest, releasing tight hip flexors, and expanding through the side body. This class is designed to help you move fluidly, breathe deeply, and create space in the body and mind.
