Build summary:
One of the top meta build popularly known as the B'letos build. This build is insane. You are practically invincible. There are several ways to apply bleed but the devastator's bleed ability allows for the most bleed damage over time. This is what we want because we are healing with bloodletter's insignia. This trinket allows you to heal 10% of the bleeding damage you inflict. Razorwire necklace is going to further increase our bleed damage, which will result in bigger heals. I went with burden of the warlord as my 2nd ring due to it's ability to increase ALL damage. This includes bleed damage, which will increase our heals further. Honestly, the other ring slot doesn't really matter. As long as you are applying corrosion in some form, are using bloodletter's and devastator, you will be an invincible tank. As long as you have those staples covered, feel free to swap out that 2nd ring slot, melee weapon and weapon mod for whatever you wish. If you are really struggling with a boss, just use this build and you shouldn't have a problem.
