Описание: This video is about how to express your emotions and feelings through drawing and painting. I included my son (Sarim) and daughter (Areej) to show you all how they expressed themselves through drawing and I'll be doing painting to show my thoughts as well. 😊🎨

The unique quantity of little kids is that they don't think too much. They just love creating. They just keep playing arround with the material and never judge themselves how they create and what the will be the outcome. They just enjoy the process creating art and that's what we will show in this video.

The idea is only to express yourself and your emotions through art and without really having a planned idea .People calm themselves through drugs or alcohol but art is a blessing that gives the best way to forget your pains and express through it.

You learn a lot through your own art and understand your thoughts and feelings. You don't need to make the perfect drawing. It's all about expressing yourself through art.

One of the influential abstract artist Wasily Kandeskey believed in colors that connected with emotions. He used red for confidence, green for peace and blue for deep meanings.


Everyone has done art and craft in their life at some stage but as we get older this form of expression is explored less and less. It's a non verbal way of expressing your emotions through art and a way to tell your story through art. So just draw your feelings and express your what you think.

Art is not just for galleries. It's to make a great connection with others through your amazing art. Most people think If you're not an artist you can't enjoy art, drawing or painting but it's for everyone and it's most beautiful way to communicate with your own feelings and others.
