Less than 25 minutes to make this 10+ serving bean side dish that tastes great, and is super healthy!!!
I deliberately made this with only two "fresh" ingredients, to show how you can always just keep pretty much everything on hand for an emergency side dish.
Cathy says that this dish is "Perfect for the 3 Ps... Potlucks, Parties, and Picnics", and she is so right!
