Lunge backward to minimize the impact of the knees and keep the front knee straight. Challenge yourself with a ball and do a rotation over the front leg. If it’s too hard with the ball, do it without or grab a stick that can help you get up. Try to find contact in your glute (ass) muscle and quadriceps (frontside leg)
