20 Walking Lunges
20 Squat Jumps
Circuit 2 - do 3-4 times
15 Deadlifts
12 Plank Up Downs
20 Glute Thrusts
Circuit 3 - do 4 times
20 Ab full extensions
50 Russian Twists
:45-:60 sec plank
Follow with 20 mins cardio.
