Previously we have archived a game known as The Secret World. This is a horror themed MMORPG and besides that title, various other games were released set in that universe. The Park might be the most famous and tells the story of a mother who is looking for her child in a spooky, abandoned theme park. But as we search through the park and ride various attractions, we discover that we carry a dark secret with us. Though I do like the themes and story that this game discusses, it has a problem with pacing unfortunately. The ending and second half of the game is really good and tense, but the first 20 minutes can be quite boring to the point where it will pull people away from it. One of the worst choices was to have the first attraction be a slideshow of Hansel and Gretel which lasts almost 10 minutes while barely anything is happening. It would have been better to put this segment in later and catch the attention of the player early on. Nevertheless, I love the look and feel of this game, and I was happy to revisit it after so many years.
