Splatoon 3 Theory: It's Not A Splatoon 2 Sequel

I have a theory about the direction of Splatoon 3, based off the trailers there is a clear pattern, that might predict what we haven't seen yet.
So this was made before the release date trailer, but we now have bomb rush and inkstrike, as well as more rock songs. Just saying its only more accurate...
Update: Squid Squid from Splatoon 1 is back with a new song "Sea Me Now"
Update 2: Apostle pointed out the charactor customization in the first trailer also has some bits from Splatoon 1's sunken scrolls theme:   / 1535400015933358081  
Update 3: Another thing worth mentioning to support this is the new agent being called "Agent 3" rather then 5 or a different number. (Pearl and Marina are not agent 5 and 6 there is no Agent 7)
