The Division - Fast best solo farming route for quick High-End Division Tech farming (safe, and the best I've found so far). Quick video showing you where & how to farm High-End Division Tech. I also missed one before I went up the lift at 02:12, there's one on the left.
Came across this route when seeing another player in the free-roam matchmaking take this path earlier on. Found an instance with them all up and decided to record it after. This path allows you to loot within 4 minutes of running through, looping you back to the DZ06 checkpoint. There's only one point I've had slight issues with enemies here, and most of the time you can just run past them without issue. Sometimes they'll chase a little, but have been safe here. From here you can then go to matchmaking for Times Square (so you get a new instance and hopefully have unlooted Division Tech inside), allowing you to go from there.
There's a few other routes that I've tried out and for the most part they seemed to be currently overused, this one I've had the most success with thus far. Will likely post up the other route I use soon. Re-uploaded this one as missed a spot in the previous video.
