2. Create a interface VPC endpoint for AWS Secrets Manager to access Lambda Functions deployed in a VPC
3. Configure AWS Secrets Manager to enable the automatic rotation of a secret
4. Validate the connection with Amazon RDS by using the new rotated credential

1. Update the application AWS Lambda function code to query data from Amazon RDS
2. Validate that your application can query the data from Amazon RDS by using the newly created RDS credentials
