Exploring Kluang - A Random Malaysian Town

The hostel manager and his friend treated me to lunch at a bustling local café, packed with Malaysians enjoying the midday rush. From there, we visited the iconic Kluang Coffee Powder Factory—famous for its smooth coffee, where I couldn’t resist having two cups! To top it off, I enjoyed a delicious shaved ice dessert with fruity flavors.

Afterward, I explored Kluang's charming streets on my own, discovering vibrant street art, including a freshly painted mural, and taking a peaceful stroll through Independence Park to see the historical Independence Monument. My final stop before the rain was at the Kluang Railway Station, a beautifully preserved British-built structure from the 1930s that’s still in operation, though a new station is set to open soon right next door.
