In this episode of Inclusive Voice, we explore the different forms of racism that can occur among Black communities, including colourism, ethnic discrimination, internalised racism, and intergenerational bias. This discussion invites honest reflection and constructive dialogue, recognising that healing and unity begin with self-awareness and accountability.
This is not about division — it is about strengthening solidarity, dignity, and shared progress.
