SHANKARI PRASAD CASE is one of the landmark which gave the landmark judgement that Parliament has unlimited amending power under Article 368 by which it can even amend fundamental rights that are in contravention of Fundamental Rights given in Part 3 of Indian Constitution. Shankari Prasad vs Union of India case in 1951 gave a judgement ultimately making the value of Article 13 null. This landmark supreme court judgement is criticized even today.
